We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection of size, colour, or product preferences. Please choose carefully and contact us before purchase if you’re unsure.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product you purchased:
    •    Is faulty or damaged upon arrival
    •    Is not as described or advertised
    •    Does not function as intended

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at shop@rgroom.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
    •    Your order number
    •    A description of the issue
    •    Photos of the product and packaging

Returns Process
    1.    Contact us for return approval
    2.    If eligible, we will provide return instructions
    3.    Returned items must be:
    •    Unused and in original packaging (unless the item is faulty)
    •    Sent back within 14 days of approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
    •    Apparatus, accessories, clothing or leotards used/ worn or tried on
    •    Custom orders or made-to-measure items
    •    Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
