Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, delays may occur.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
• Standard Shipping: approximately 2-3 business days (after the order is confirmed and processed)
• Express Shipping (if available): approximately 1–3 business days
Tracking is provided via email once your order is dispatched.
International shipping (New Zealand)
• Standard Shipping: approximately 4-7 business days (after the order is confirmed and processed)
• Express Shipping (if available): approximately 2-5 business days
